Came in for a purge valve replacement, oil change and inspection. I had my car previously looked over for inspection and all it needed to pass was the new purge valve. My appointment was 9 am, i didnt get my car untill a little before 4 pm. They told me i needed a new strut to pass inspection and it would be >600$. I passed on this and took my car having only the oil changed and purge valve swapped. I had the car looked over again by another mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with my struts. Now my car that drove perfectly straight before going into the garage pulls to the left and something is rattling under the hood that wasnt previously. They wont be touching my vehicle again.

Brought my car in for a diagnostic testing for a check engine light. Told them that the autozone reading was showing a sensor needs replaced. They replaced that sensor. Check engine light came back on. I called the store inquiring about the warranty. I was reassured I would not have to pay for them to evaluate the sensor. They performed second diagnostic testing that I had to pay $130 which they could not figure out the issue. They were requesting over $500 for further diagnostic testing. I took my car to a second mechanic, who was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car free of charge. I recommend Firestone for straight forward maintenance and tire changes. DO NOT come here for diagnostic testing. Save your money and go to a real mechanic.

Very noticeable grinding in my front brake. Called on a Sunday morning and they got me on the schedule right away. The service was completed ahead of schedule, cost less than I expected, and the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kudos to Sean Holmes and the crew! Highly recommend!

I went to Firestone on 9/6 to get a quote on new tires. I also told them when I drove, I kept hearing a whistle noise. I was told my car would be inspected when the new tires were put on. I had a 1:30 appointment for 9/13. I was told it takes an hour to 45 mins for everything to get done. Firestone didn’t get to my car until 5:00. Since I waited so long, I was given a card for a free oil change. Once I got home that evening, Firestone called me and stated I needed a new battery, an oil change, and brake pads. Sunday 9/13 rolls around and Firestone called me asking me what I wanted to do about the battery. I gave them permission to do everything since my car was in the shop. On Sunday 9/14, I was told my car was ready. They "test drove" my car. I drove two miles to get home and my car stalled on me. My break was locked in place. My oil, battery, and engine light appeared on my dashboard. My car had to be towed back to Firestone. Monday 9/15, I called and spoke to the store manager Wes. He told me my car was top priority for the day, and he was waiting on the mechanic to arrive to work on my car. I told him to keep me posted on what was going on. By mid-morning that day, I called to
